Make attainable. Like researching new ways to fight this. Journaling daily so you can look back and remember. Challenging yourself to attempt thinking differently when you start to feel lost. Finding what brings stress in your life and think about ways to elevate that in a positive way.

I don't make them. In all I do I rely on God for results. I don't make them because I know God has already given me the ability to achieve what I need. I never say what cannot be done when God provides all I need to achieve. Thank God for thone blessings!

Thank you @A MyMSTeam Member my head is out of the fog now after being diagnosed, and I've decided to be a happier me for me and now my hubby and children have actually noticed the difference in me. To be proud of myself is something this monster growing inside of me can never take over...have a great day and if it's not then I call it a quiet day, this monster has stolen enough from me but no more...πŸ’œπŸ’™
