Hello, does anyone get Tremors or vibrating sensations in their head when lay down on a pillow or in their lower leg?

They are internal though not external so people can't see them? I'm worried.

This is one of many symptoms of MS. I have this feeling 24/7 for 4 full years now. It feels as if I have a very active ant's nest formed inside of my bone marrow through my entire body. But, I deal with it. If it comes and goes it is "normal". If it comes and it isn't going away for 24h I would suggest to contact your doctor. It may be a relapse.

Had the same issue...I have always had problems with my right leg for about 10 years or more but the issue would go away in 3 to 4 weeks. Started having problems with my right leg in March 2016 and my Ortho doc said that it was MS related...Saw my previous MS doc and he said it was Ortho related. Went back to my Ortho doc and he did everything under the sun and could not find out what the problem was. My Ortho doc suggested that I see an MS Specialist. I took my health into my own hands and saw an MS Specialist in Nov 2016 and he diagnosed me with PPMS. He stated that main symptom of PPMS is walking difficulty. I went from using a cane in March to using a walker in July...My new doc told me that I have had MS for a long time and should have been diagnosed with PPMS for the beginning...But I am not giving up...

Started to get spasms or tremors in left thigh. All my MS problems or on right side. Mentioned it to my neurologist he said talk to family Dr didn't think MS related. Seened family Dr for yearly physical he said talk to neurologist thinks it's MS related. Really maybe the two Drs should talk.Just thigh and all the time no matter what I'm I'm doing. Wish I had a answer for you but your not alone
