I do. Not dx as of yet but on the road to most likely be.

I get an aching constantly in the back of my head almost by my skull where it means my neck and it radiates around to the sides of my head where it gives me almost a headache feeling. Every now and then when I turn a certain way it gives me shock like feelings.

Mine seems to be nerve related. Occipital neuralgia!

However they're right that it also could be lhermittes but that's a slightly different sensation

I experience a lightning bolt or electric shock sensation in my brain quite frequently. It only lasts a few seconds at a time and is very painful. I have had some days where these zaps occur every 10 mins. I then become so tired that I just can't function.

i describe mine has electric shock going through my body only when i walk and not all the time very weird

I get burning in the top of my head toward the back, it literally feels hot to touch my skin too. It usually happens to me when I'm super over tired. It's what I call "an MS headache" just because it's not the usual kind that goes away with medicine.
