I have been on tysabri since 2006. The easy part is an afternoon nap after an infusion every four weeks. The infusion leaves me very tired. The harder part is making the risk vs reward decision. You are looking at PML as a possible side effect. And when it stops working for you there is the exacerbation rebound when you stop taking the drug.. Lots to think about, and fully understand before signing up.
