How do you manage with the fatigue?
I work full time still as a nurse. I tried provigil for awhile but got terrible dry mouth. I take B-12 injections once a month. I was on it every week for a while until I got my levels higher. And I rest as much as possible. Listen to your body and sit when you can and rest at home when ever you're tired. Naps are my best friend. I used to feel guilty but over time I learned that I have to do what my body tells me.
I am happy that you have asked this question because that's the question I was about to post.
I have a full time job, but I am currently not working due to this symptom. I have tried Vyvanse and Ritalin, both with the same result, my whole body was shaking and I wasn't myself, I was hyperactive when I am usually the quiet one.
My neuro suggested Amantadine, but was not convinced at all by any possible results. I take it in the morning, two pills, and I have a little (very little) bit more energy in the evening... It really is not perfect, but I take whatever can help me.
I have sessions with an occupational therapist to have a routine. It helped, but the fatigue is still there and it is still invalidating.
I am happy to read that there is other options to help like Provigil. I thought it was hopeless for me like nobody seems to have a clue how to help me now with the fatigue. Thank you all, I will talk about this med with my Dr. in my appointment tomorrow!
I am like many of my MS family here
I was diagnosed nearly 25 years ago. I went into remission for nearly 20 years.
However, my denial kept me going until about 3yrs ago when work became a problem with my various symptoms.
I am now on disability and want to try a part.time stay.at.home job.
I have skills just no prospects.

Almost a full year...
Let me know how it will go for you when you will restart Amantadine :)
For me, it is helping a little, but like everybody is different, you need to test to know if it will be effective for you. Depending on what they suggested you, you can take the two tablets at the beginning of the day, or take one in the morning, and the other one at supper. For me, to really have a better effect, I need to take both in the morning. It is not a miracle medicine in my case, but I take whatever can help me as little as it is.
I hope that it is not the cause of your muscles pain and I wish it will work for you :)
