Of course it can affect it for different reasons. Fatigue being one of them and some of the medications can also affect it. One way to deal with it is to pre plan. Not very spontaneous I know but....
If you suffer pain then try a warm bath before. If you suffer fatigue then plan an early night or in the morning if your situation allows. It is something many women (and men) who suffer with long term conditions feel guilty about,

I'm only 33... and I have zero sex drive... it quite turns me off actually. I feel so bad for my husband. One factor is fatigue for sure.. but it's more so mental for me. I came off my antidepressants hoping that was the issue.. nope! So I'm wondering the same.. can ms really ruin your libido in your brain... not just because of symptoms?

I have no sex drive ever since I started chemotherapy I'm too busy being sick so it's last on my list of things to worry about :-/ I do know that MS does affect the sex drive though sucks for my husband I'm sure he isn't too excited about any of this although he is supportive
