Leslie ive got diabetes MS and i also have pain from results of car accidents. So my primary Dr calls me a complicated case. Lol. Ive never had nerve pain from my diabetes so i dont know what thats like. I can tell the difference in my regular pain and my pain from MS its just different.

I was in a coma and life support last march then in December i was again in a coma because of my diabetes. The second time i was on a pump but the lady who put it in on me accidentally put a kink in it and so even though i thought i was getting insulin i wasnt. So now i have to wait to get the pump back on until they get my numbers under control which is getting there. Im not on anything for MS yet i see a neurologist next week. I was diagnosed January 26th. All this is so new to me and im hoping i get my pump back very soon. I know it will help better control my numbers. I woke up this morning with a bs of 365 and i have no clue why. Thanks for answering my question. Its helped me. So i really appreciate it.

I do. The main issue is when I have a flare up and have to take solumedrol to control it. It causes my blood sugars to sky rocket. I'm usually admitted to the hospital to be monitored. I also use an insulin pump and CGM which are helpful.
