Nothing approved by the USA FDA to date. The FDA granted Ocreliszumab (Ocrevus) a Priority Review Designation, with a decision target of December 28, 2016. However December 28, 2016 has come and gone with not further update. Here's the link

There are no approved meds for PPMS, there is a new version of an older RRMS drug, which will now be called Ocrevus, that they are going to try to start selling to us but the actual trial results for PPMS were horrible.
The drugs referenced above, Avonex and Copaxone are for RRMS or SPMS.
Ocrelizumab - Ocrevus. Will hopefully be FDA approved next month. It is a "new" version of Rituximab.
