Okay guys...anyone wake up in the morning doing well and after about an hour of being up just wanna go back to bed feeling tired/fatigued/exhausted ?

Not having done anything strenuous? I find myself feeling like this every morning. Even on the mornings when I feel like I slept well the night before......anyone?

Again not trying to put everything off on MS just wondering if anyone experiences this and found out it WAS the MS.
Thanks!

"Hitting the wall" is a perfect way to describe it .

It's the most debilitating part of MS for me at this stage. I almost never feel rested anymore, even after sleeping for 6-8 hours. I've been reading on yoga and other things I can do to help. The medicine the Dr gave me to try gave me terrible anxiety so I must find a different solution. I have so many projects I want to get completed or start but I never have enough energy to complete them or start them. I'm just trying to accept this is part of the MS journey for me and lower my unrealistic expectations of myself. I used to be a multi-tasker and loved how much I could do in a day. Now I'm lucky if I can get up, shower, dress and do a few things around the house or get to a Drs appt. My social life is mostly non existent outside my home now too. Most of the time I'm okay with it, but lately I've been feeling a bit disappointed at the reality of it all. I know I'll find a way to live differently, it's just the acceptance takes some time and finding new strategies to get done what I want done.

In my case I call it "hitting the wall " where you will be going about your day a feeling fine and BAM you hit the wall and feel exhausted ... this wouldn't be so bad if "the wall" was always in one place ... I have heard others explain their fatigue like being in an arcade with a limited amount of coins. In this analogy each "game" is an activity -- so one has enough "coins" to play the " wash the dishes game" and the " do the laundry game" ( or which ever two activities they have planned ) but they know they do not have enough "coins " to play that third game and plan their day accordingly. Now me, I base my day by these same rules but invariably some where in in my game play the arcade owner throws the power switch and it is game over regardless of how many coins I think I have ... that wall is just sneaky that way

@A MyMSTeam Member If sleep doesn't help, what does?

I'm exactly the same. Now I know I need a 2 hr nap within an hour it two of waking up. I do love my naps and don't fight it anymore!
