I follow what my doctors tell me. The Ampyra keeps me awake at night.

My doctor told me to take it once a day. That way I could sleep at night. I take it with my breakfast.

I took Ampyra for 2 months to help with my balance issues. It worked great , and I had no more balance issues, but my speech was awful. I couldn't say the right words and studdered a lot. Stopped taking them when I told my doctor about my speech.

Did your stomach pain ever go away? I just started this med and I too get that pain. Hard to say if the med is worth it if my belly hurts this bad every day.
