Already have a baclofen pump. A little Marijuana also helps with cramps/spasms if that's an option. Have done botox, which helped, but did not last. Now I do nerve bloc which lasts a lot longer.

I had Botox several times for the spasms in my arm. They injected everywhere from my back to to my hand and every place in between. I got no relief only lost more function. But I know several people for whom it worked wonders. Best of luck!! Hugs

My legs are extremely stiff also. Botox in the quads, just really not helping at all, this stiffness is very annoying to say the least, I feel your pain on that one.

B4 I had my hips replaced I had really tight hip flexors. Couldn't have them replaced until I could get hip flexors relaxed. So monthly I had injections into the muscle then would go walk in the pool to fix my posture. Had it done 3x's. Doctor ordered Botox and my insurance wouldn't pay it. So they would inject steroids in my groin. Talk about fun...😬. Got the job done, had both hips replaced. Good luck.

I've had it for thighs. It works to loosen up some, but it wears of after a week or so. Started getting nerve blocks that last longer.
