I just started taking this, too. I feel like so far it's "ok" but not nearly as good as how I know I feel from the last medication I took for fatigue. Killed 3 birds with one stone but my new doctor's practice doesn't like prescribing narcotics so back to certain sufferings. Seems we'll never win the war but I'll take the small battles I can win.

I found escitalopram works better plus it helps anxiety

I've only been on it for a few days and haven't noticed a HUGE difference...but a small one. I'm more alert. Might give it some more time.
