Anyone Take Paxil?

I have been on paxil for 20 years since I started Avonex. Think then it went hand n hand. Don't think I ever really needed it. Working on tapering off as it's a nightmare of a drug. A few side effects but so far so good. I have more energy then I have had in years. Hope it keeps up. But you have to taper off very slowly. Anyone else taper off paxil?

I was on Prozac for many years but not because of depression. I had read that could help sometimes with internal shyness which I was born with and for some of the irritation ithat I used to get when all my kids were growing up and with my father in law at the time when I had a difficult time getting along with. I would irritated . I think it did help temporarily in ways. I started this long before I ever knew I had MS. And a few years ago I decided that maybe it is time to stop using it and I did. I should have tapered it down but I did it cold turkey and honestly other than a few feelings of lightheadedness I quit and I have been off for 3 or 4 years at least and don't need it at the moment anyway.
