I am always cold. My hands and feet are cold year round. I wear socks all the time. Always carry a sweater or hoodie. I even cover up at the beach. I know it is ridiculous but I have gotten used to it.

Do you have a cord lesion? Sometimes these cause autonomic disturbances such as cold hands and feet. I have cold feet most of the time but occasionally they'll burn. It's like your body doesn't know to send extra blood to your hands and feet to warm them back up. Point blank - it sucks. ๐Ÿ˜”
