So I've been diagnosed with MS for like 7 months or so now, maybe longer I forget. Another important note is that I hate bugs with a passion. Multiple times a day I'll be sitting doing nothing when I get the feeling that a bug is crawling on me, like a tickling hair, and I'll swat at the area because obviously I want to kill the bug. Yes! It's called formication and I get it even when I have no active lesions. For me it feels like an ant or gnat crawling on my arm. I go to wipe it off me but there's nothing there. It happens so much that once we were out at a pizza place and my teenage son said, "Mom don't do that meth addict thing where you pick at your imaginary bugs!" ...Pretty embarrassing to say the least. So I have learned to just "behave myself" and let the bugs crawl on me. Sometimes I look down and see an actual gnat walking on me! I almost want to kiss that gnat! At least he is REAL!
