SPMS without spinal lesions?

I was wondering if anyone has been diagnosed with Secondary Progressive MS, having only brain lesions and no spinal ones.

I was diagnosed with Primary Progressive MS 8 years ago and only have brain lesions. I've been lucky so far, no additional symptoms have surfaced (yet!)
