Does anyone else have issues with their eye sight being different when they wake up? I cannot wear my glasses or contacts to read when I wake up for a good hour or so. I also seem to have issues with my vision not being blurry but funky. I don't know how to describe it really - it's like my depth perception is different in the mornings and edges aren't sharp.

I don't have this problem during the day only when I first wake.

Yep, this happens to me too. My optometrist got me a pair of magnifier glasses and those help in the morning and other times when I'm finding my eyes to be quite fatigued.

One of the worst times of day for me is when I first wake up. I suppose that would fall in line with fatigue, a time when most MSers have pseudo exacerbations. Do you have a history of optic neuritis? Have you ever been checked for optic neuritis? If not, it might be something to look into.

I see an eye doctor annually to look for optic neuritis and never have any signs of it. Would make sense if its linked to fatigue I always feel like a zombie when I wake up
