I recently got on concerta for ADD, to help with the fatigue. I was just wondering if anyone else has tried medicine for this? Maybe not the same brand

Hey there. Just be careful with stimulants. I was on Adderall for almost a year. Not only is it addictive, but once a tolerance is built up, a higher dose is needed. Plus the "crash" made me feel worse than without it at all. I'm taking B Complex in the morning and B12 sublingual mid-day. I also take phosphatidylserine and vitamin D, all for energy. Many people with auto-immune are diseases have vitamin deficiencies. I know I feel a whole lot better and healthier.

I too am on Concerta for my ADHD but my fatigue has not improved. The doctor just added provigil to my medication and vitamin regimen. Haven't started it yet but after reading these responses, I'm not expecting much. 😕
