For a few weeks now, I've been having random twitching in different parts of my body. A couple of nights, I have woke myself up by hitting my cheek with my hand. Idk if it is a symptom or what. Has anyone else experienced this?

Back in my 20’s and 30’s I had terrible twitching of the skin under my eyes at different times. I was told it was caused by muscle spasms and I took baclofen and it helped it.
