Walking Cane Vs Walker

A MyMSTeam Member asked a question 💭
TEXAS, TX

My legs are very numb but I can still walk barely. I definitely cannot walk straight or without a wall or a person beside me. Should I use a cane or a walker? If cane where can I at least get a cute one? I am 29 lol I want a little bit of cuteness :)

Amazon has cute canes - I have 2 so I can leave one in the car. They were in the $15 range and are adjustable!

Hiking poles are great! Especially when you're on your own. Sometimes see some nice walking canes at garden centres. I only use it if on my holidays and walking a lot - more as a "badge of office" - people give up their seat willingly on train, bus etc - also in unfamiliar places they are good support. Hope you find something cute! X

Hurrycane are the best, and I also use a collapsible Nordic walking pole.
