I have never heard of wine or alcohol flushing out steroids and 'making their effect lesson' according to Mack. I let my nurse know that I would be having a martini after my last one (awhile back) and she just smiled and said, 'have one for me'. She also said of course to drink tons of water which I do anyways.

If you ask a doctor they will say no. The problem is that the wine will flush the meds out making their effect lessen.
