This may sound odd, I started "jumping" over a year ago before I ever would have dreamed that I might have neurological problems. These twitches seemed to be linked to feeling agitated. My twitching has become more regular these days but there does feel like a link to my mood rather than them just being random.
Is this just me and my imagination or does anyone else have this?
I have it all the time but more times in a day if I'm more stressed, irritated or not rested enough. Unfortunately it tends to freak people out! I have been doing it so long that I don't realize I'm doing it until someone jumps because it scared them or strangers will ask are you ok, can I help you!! I laugh because it doesn't help to get upset. I figure after Optic Neuritis, trigeminal neuralgia, migraines, bouts of insomnia, fatigue that would drop an elephant, balance issues, bowel and bladder problems, major cognitive issues, no short term memory...etc., etc., etc I'm still fighting!!
It always seem like i was worse when i was stressed or had over worked my self. Mood plays a big part in MS
i twitch but usually just in the evening in bed
I twitch pretty bad i was on multiple pills for it and I started using CBD oils (non THC version)and I havn't had any problem with twitching since i started. I dont take any of the pills anymore it might be worth checking out.
