@Ampyra helps me, not a lot, but enough to keep me on it. Video shows % of patients it helps.

4 years for me and wouldn't be walking without it. Also try typing, or clicking on the word @Ampyra for more discussions, it is the same drug. When you click on the word Ampyra, or any word here on this site in Blue, you go to a page where you can scroll down and see all of the questions and discussions about it.

Wasn't significant difference for me. Took at least a year

I really like it. Helps me walk and be able to use my legs so much more so.
