How much baclofen do you take? My dr just increased mine very slowly. I am just curious what dosages and times other people are taking it.

I take 10 mg three times a day

I take 20mg 3x a day but muscles still feel tight and cramp.

10mg morning and afternoon. 20mg at bedtime

I take 10mg 3x a day. But my neurologist told me to take 20mg a day if I feel the need. Trying to stick to 10mg but 20mg seems to do better.
