Edmonton MS clinic

Can anyone speak about the Edmonton or Red Deer clinic regarding their responsiveness to calls to them regarding issues? I'm currently seen at the Calgary clinic and sometimes they take weeks to phone back. We are possibly moving to the Edmonton area and am considering requesting a transfer to that clinic.

I would think if you are moving, that getting the transfer in place now is a good idea anyhow. I am near Toronto. Wish you the best.
