For a few years prior to my dx, I would have spells that I described as feeling like a bobble head, those dash figures for your car.... anyways, I've in the last few months, started feeling this way in my arms and legs also, sometimes appearing externally shaky, most times tho, I feel shaky inside. Wondering if anyone else has had this.....

Yup. I feel like that when I’m overtired or stressed out. I find lying flat helps. Roll on summer when I can stretch out in the garden.

It can sometimes be a symptom of dehydration and even that of a kidney infection. Are you drinking enough fluids on a daily basis ? All too often people living with MS are all too quick to justify every as to being a symptom of MS. Everything can be just written off as to being a result of MS.
