As far as I know, ocrevus is "good for" relapsing-remitting and primary-progressive MS. But does anyone with secondary-progressive has experience with ocrevus? If yes, what are the experiences? Did it change anything?

My neurologist told me June 2017 visit that I am transitioning to 2nd progression. I had 1/2 dose in February 2018 I noticed no fatigue for 1 hour then fatigue came back. I am hoping ocrevus will stop the progression and improve fatigue.
