Tread easy, sure in the end you will do what is best for you.

If you find a small pocket of a temperate place to live, that is it. For me the coast of Ventura County, CA works great!

I really liked visiting Seattle from an MS perspective but it's a bit rainy. I live in Colorado near Denver and it's temperate but the sun is really unforgiving. I lived through like a week of below zero temps and when it warmed up, got above zero, I stopped having problems with cold as much. Still, there are a lot of people with MS here in Colorado

Research says that fewer people have MS the closer they are to the equator, so I've always thought that is likely best for me. I recently moved about 200 miles further south and definitely feel better. Who knows if it's that or not, but I like to think so! :-) I also moved to a less humid climate and that has really helped. For me, what has helped most is a fresh start far away from existing stressors. It's made a world of difference for me. Good luck to you wherever you choose to go! XX

This is great information. Every winter I think of how I need to leave because the pain in my arm is so bad. It got cold here the other day and I was miserable. I appreciate your input.
