I take it instead of benedryl but I only take 2.6 mg. Not sure it's doing any remyelination but I thought he wrote a great article.

It's an older anti histamine used to be called tavist. Last year I did get it through Walgreens and Amazon. Now I can't find over the counter but my pcp writes a script for it and I get at the pharmacy. The studies used really high dosages I take much less than that.

I take antihistamines but they called piriteze I after take them due to the mould in the house effecting me were moving soon landlord won't do anything about it
