I have been experiencing walking issues that could be drop foot or simply weak muscles. My left leg has been numb for around 7 years and severity varies. I guess i just feel loss without explanations from my doctors and such? Any help appreciated.

Well I think I have partial foot drop that varies, depending on how tired I am.
My foot drop worsens with muscle tiredness or fatigue

My left foot trips up when Im on extended walking trips or walking fast for exercise. It doesnt happen everyday. The research Ive done and the You tube videos I've watched on it, demonstrating it, tell me that mine is gradual. I know I dont quite have it in full effect.
