Yes, i’ve Had 3 neuro phychosigists. They lasted much longer than an hour. My first one was done by a psychiatrist and lasted about 6 hours...with a break for lunch. It also included sensory testing. The other two lasted a good 4 hours. They were consistent with loss of Executive functions, staying on point, loss of speed in reading, etc.... I hope you have good luck with your test!

I had one of these tests about three years ago, it included remembering as many words as I could from a list of twenty after just one minute to study them, a drawing of a πŸ•› of which, after studying, I had to draw in as much detail as I could remember, I had about two minutes to study this. Being in good artist isn't important, lol. I can't remember anything else about it but it's nothing to get stressed over. So just get plenty of rest the night before, and on the day take a deep breath and relax, just do your best. God bless you. XXX πŸ˜™πŸ€—

My neuropsych eval was almost 6 hours. Best thing I did, though. It gave me a lot of helpful information - and most of all taught me that stressing over the little things, like forgetting a word here and there, only made it worse and happen more frequently. Once they helped me realize that, I was more kind to myself and that made it happen less. Now when it happens I just acknowledge it, take a deep breath, then let it go. I also learned a very important lesson that day. The therapist said that even though I admitted to being fatigued about half way through that I was still willing to take test after test. I also repeatedly politely declined water. I tried to push myself because I felt it was worth it to obtain valuable information. However, the therapist correctly identified that I am a super people pleaser and will often put others before myself even when I am in distress. Yep. That was the old me to a T. I needed to learn this lesson and she really helped me to see that. Apparently the last 2 hour test she gave me she didn't really need to give me - she just wanted to see if I would do it after admitting how fatigued I was. It's comforting to know I have detailed baseline results soon after my diagnosis 3 years ago that I can compare with over time. Try not to be nervous. This is all to help you better understand your strengths and areas you could either work on or just learn to compensate for. Hopefully you'll have a life changing experience for the better like I did! Good luck to you! XX

I'm going in December to be tested, it is an 'all day' series of testing, I KNOW there are activities that have slowed down or disappeared so I figure I;d better try to better understand what I no longer have and try to compensate for that.
Good luck to you.
