On Rebif since 2010; stopped in June 2018; starting copaxone February 2019.
What is the difference between 40mg 3 times a week versus 20 mg everyday. Would 40 mg be too strong for 100 pound girl?

Sorry I didn’t answer I lost my phone and computer was down 😬 I took a break from the injections for awhile and tried oral meds for a bit .

@A MyMSTeam Member I also went from daily shots to 3x/week. I much prefer not poking myself daily! No, 40 mg. is not too strong for you. I'm just over 100 lbs.

Copaxone is great! As far as weight i dont think it makes a difference. I was on avonex for years and couldnt do it anymore. Copaxone my only side effects is water retention and injection site reactions. After feeling like death from the avonex i can handle both of those side effects.

From what i understand insurance companies also usually fight the 20mg because its more expensive. Not sure how you feel about daily shots but i definitely prefer the 3x a week.
