Hi I was curious to see if anyone else has tried using walking sticks? I recently go some and they do help a lot with my balance

Hi I use a walking stick, itโ€™s handy to balance your self.

Walking sticks are much better long term for your posture and back muscles because you walk in a more natural, upright position.

I loved walking sticks that I used before they became other aids but my sticks kept me hiking for a few years

I got some last year, and they have saved my dog walks! My balance is very bad, and one day I forgot them. I could barely walk 20 feet without falling over and getting extreme fatigue, so I found a set of sticks in the woods, and they worked like a charm! Iโ€™ll never forget my walking sticks again! And my dogs are really happy, too!
