Thanks for that. I do have a tense jaw but it's not that . It's really pain in the glands under my ears . Thanks for replying and God bless you. X

Could it be a knotted up muscle? I have terrible muscle tension in neck and jaw, I agree massage May help, if your traps are very tight, Accupunture can help as well

Sometimes I get this, but like more under my jaw area. It comes and goes. Maybe if affordable, look into massage. It gets all the crap out of your lymph system. I go to a masseuse who contracts out of a chiropractors office. Its a bit cheaper than the fancier spa places.
