Swank Diet?

Swank Diet?

How many have had results with truly following the diet? I have no problem sticking to a diet just curious of the results people have had. Especially stating in early Ms it can halt up to 95%. I'm motivated and want to know more.

For me, diet has really helped alleviate a lot of my symptoms - they aren't gone (or even near!) but they are MUCH more manageable and I can tell when I eat off plan. My DR has me on the MITO food plan - it specifically targets mitochondria and combats MS fatigue. You can find that diet link on the page below. I also did their elimination diet. That helped me identify a few foods that I was highly sensitive to that were wreaking havoc on my body even though they had previously come back negative on the traditional allergy panel tests. My DR said to shoot for 85% adherence to gain all the benefits - I've been doing that almost 2 years and can say the 85% makes it very sustainable over time. And hey - no new symptoms since I made the change - I changed other things too so hard to tell exactly what it was, but I plan to eat this way for life as it keeps me full, happy, and I've been able to find healthier alternatives to all the foods I love. FYI, there are some recipes (rainbow recipes) as well as other resources on the link below as well. XX
