Occupational & Physical Therapy

Hi
I was diagnosed about 2 years ago with RRMS. Recently I've been reading the 'Can Do MS Guide .... Empowerment' . It mentions going to an Occupational therapist re cognitive changes, which I have noticed over the past year. I was wondering how many have /or are going to an occupational therapist? Has it helped you?

Also wonder how many currently see a physical therapist? I don't currently go to either, and I'm wondering / thinking I should.

I go to a physiotherapist every month and a personal trainer every week(most of the time). I think it does help with my mobility but the weather hampers my progress a bit. I need to be more diligent on doing stretches every day. Good luck

I've tried OC and PT both with limited success. Not that this should stop you as not sure how where I'm at has a thing to do with where your at. I just know how trying made me feel (good) so I would say try it!! Either one or both.
