I used to get these really badly until a couple of years ago. It could have been the CBD regimen or the MITO food plan since I started both then. Drastically helped all of my symptoms! Here's a link for the MITO food plan if you want to check it out.
I also did the elimination diet which helped me identify foods that were messing with my system that previously came back negative on the traditional allergy panel. Hope you find your solution soon! XX
I can relate it's cruel and there is no relief let alone everything else you have going on Kia kaha (keep strong) your an awesome human being.
As a Registered Dietitian I strongly feel diet has an impact but this disease is so individualized it is hard to say that what works for one person works for another. I started to feel worse and started a decline so I started to consume only plant foods in January with minimal sugar. I do have less external spasms but more internal. So hard to tell if it helps since I am struggling with a moderate relapse right now that is independent of my diet change
My muscle spasms are really bad at night. Sometimes my legs and feet hurt so bad I do not sleep at all! I’ve gone 48 hours with no sleep. When this happens, I take a pain pill just to help me sleep. Due to a broken arm and reverse shoulder replacement surgery, I am unable to sit in a tub because i am unable to pull myself up from tub so i to take showers. Right now, I am miserable!
