@A MyMSTeam Member I change it up with each batch that I've made so far, but the last one was frankincense, myrrh, helichrysum, vetiver. Those are some of the most powerful EOs for MS symptoms based on the research I've done. Works well - and smells great! For my non-MS friends I usually make ginger & lemongrass ointment - they love it, too. Just made some with 10 EOs for a friend with psoriasis too. Would love to keep in touch and share recipes! :-)

I use RSO and CBD oil and it is amazing! Most pain meds make me nauseous or I can't keep them down at all so CBD and RSO changed my life!
My neurologist put me on Vicodene for nerve pain because I was able to keep it down but it wasn't very helpful.
Meloxicam did help with some of the muscle pain.
I still take Baclofen sometimes for spasms but I have to take it with a med for nausea.

I'm super sensitive to pharmaceuticals and struggle with handling my DMT so I use MMJ for pain. Heavy dose of CBD tincture in the morning and I add in some THC at night for insomnia and any pains I've acquired during the day. I can literally feel the pain and tension melt away and I thankfully start each day with no or very little pain since I started this regimen a few years ago. I also recently learned how to make full flower healing cannubud cream! It works very well for topical pain and was fun to make. I made several batches - added in the top essential oils for my specific MS symptoms. Hope you find your solution soon! XX
