Fatigue Questions
Is seems I know why I am so tired all the time but what do you do for your fatigue? And who else doesn't sleep good throughout the night and what do you recommend or any advice. I'm new to having MS and just trying to find some relief. Thank you for any advice , have a great day everyone!!
Fatigue is just one of those things we all are gonna have to manage/deal with the best we can with MS. Some days I'm fine, others I wonder if I'm going to fall asleep when I drive home for the day. I have a horrible time sleeping as well! I've tried basically everything. Weighted blankets, tea before bed, meditation, etc. Smoking really REALLY helps me but I cannot smoke/use it as I'm in a program for school right now, even if I have a medical card. So, if you can, I suggest looking into a medical card. If not, maybe try to take some homeopathic measures into effect. If nothing works, I suggest going to your neurologist to see if they can prescribe you something.
Hope this helps!
I always, or most always, wake between 12am-2am and I just have to stay off phone. Maybe put on some nature sounding music. I'm most often ready for a nap at 10a.m..but obviously can't nap at work.
for fatigue i do liquid b-12 and it great and for sleep my last neuro prescribed amitriptylin 25mg and it helps me sleep.
I think CDB oil would be the best option. A friend of mine has a tumour in his brain and gets heavy fatigue just by walking ten steps. He use CDB and he never smokes, but he can do much more now than before he started with CDB.
You dont feel anything with CDB, specially if you smoke regulary.
I smoke every day, it has its positives and negatives.
Do what is best for you, not whats best for others.
I, use Edibles (Marijuana) that My Husband makes Me or CBD Oil and I sleep like a Baby. Years ago I started using this because I was Hurting so bad and was Blessed not only with a great Nights sleep and no Pain, Muscle Spasms and I can empty out My Bladder before going to Bed.
