I haven't tried fasting in many years however, I have found that when I eat more protein rich foods and stay away from the CARB's, and starchy foods I do feel better. Also fresh pineapple, grapes, mangos, roasted or pickled beets, and cucumbers with fresh lemon squeezed on them, all seem to help me in lowering the inflammation which in turn helps my symptoms.

Actually, I feel worse when I fast. I have terrible tremors and a lack of food just makes them worse and because I have difficulty walking it arrects that too.

Yes I definitely feel better when I don't overdo it. Sometimes I get off track and have to pay the price.

In the last month I have tried Gluten-free. Which as made a big difference in how I feel.
I never did fasting except for testing.
But every one has to make up your mind.
Good luck in what ever you decide.
