Do any of you have any tips and tricks to incontinence? I’m 22 and wear diapers because I can’t get it under control, and I really want to get out of them. Any advice or personal experience would really help. Thank you!

Man, that's a good question. Strengthening muscles that help control the bladder is important. I think those exercises are Kegel exercises. I don't know exactly how to spell them but I know they work from personal experience. I know where ever I go I automatically identify where the bathrooms are. Better to identify the restrooms when you don't have to then try to place them when it could be a photo finish. I'm sure your doctor can recommend some things or some specialists
Years ago I cried all the way home after being told I had to start self-cathing It seemed so degrading. Now it seems a blessing. A 3 hour trip in the car. Now my husband stops while I wait in the car.
I have started taking CBD Oil, it is supposed to help with incontinence, other MS issues, anxiety…

I use a lot of Kroger® Anti-Diarrheal Softgels, for my incontinence of my bowels and sometimes I think it helps with my bladder incontinence.
I take oxybutrin 15 mil and he’s right its a godsend still have to wear protection when i go out and i have a portable comode by my bed it hurt so bad trying to get up after u been sleep
