I don't know if anyone else has this. But I have been having these horrible pain in my big toes. The pain is horrific. I sceam out of agony, it is so bad. I want to say it is like electric shocks. If anyone else has this what do you do for this?

For the shocking pain in my big toes that also goes up the back of my heels I do flexing, pointing and bending of my feet and toes. Does it hurt like hell? At first, worse than the actual pain!!! But the longer I continue the easier it gets. ALSO, buy yourself a really good tens- therapy unit with multi ports and plenty of pads. This works wonders on the Complex Regional pain Syndrome that goes along with MS
