Baclofen Pump

Has any been on a Baclofen Pump? My neurologist has approved me to have one put in, for spasms in my legs. Oral pills give me a little relief, but not enough. I am a small petite person. I am scared about the cord from the spine to the pump. Anyone have a pump that could give me some tips?
