Cold Extremities

Cold Extremities

Does anyone else have issues with cold hands or feet at times? It could be warm out. But, my extremities can still feel cold.

I had my circulation checked. Everything seems to be fine.

@A MyMSTeam Member Add cold nose and that’s me. Strange thing, inside my body I’m a furnace and if power ever went out, my family just need to hold me and they can get warm. The cold extremities, including nose is something I’ve lived with all my life; the furnace part started either when I had my complete hysterectomy or my MS blessed me with it.

My body also cools way down right before bedtime, but if I start waking up during the night my internal furnace sometimes will automatically turn on. This can be a pain when I want to go back to sleep because it’s too early for me to get up. For me it’s just a circulation issue I just have to live with.
