Electric shock

Have anyone had this before.......
Feels like an electric shock goes through your head and body for a second and then it is gone....
Terrible feeling...

This was 1 of my very 1st symptoms 22yrs ago mine went down my back when I put my head down but thankfully I haven’t had it for a few yrs

I get the same "electric shock" feeling on my left forearm and its true it only lasts for about a second or two but it sure HURTS. 😫😫😫
