I was diagnosed with it back a few months back although they said i was hypo then hyper in two different letters. Im on medication for hyper which has know made my throid hypo because the Dr who is supposed to keep an eye on it is useless in my opinion. Levels went from 70+ to 50+ down to 18 then 8 and know im not sure but theyve gone too far. I went from 4 tablets twice a day to 2 tabelets twice a day to 1 tabet each day. In alot of aching pain with my neck and back but other than that no different. Hope you start feeling better soon

I have and gp sending me to get a throat sonogram. My Dr feels a goiter. He is still tweaking my dosage on the thyroid med i am presently on.

Hopefully, a biopsy will not be needed after they do the procedure/test.

@A MyMSTeam Member, @A MyMSTeam Member: Have you ever heard of Dr. Steven Gundry and his book The Plant Paradox?

I don't have any thyroid problems but my daughter-in-law has thyroid issues and hashimoto's disease. She's used some of Gundry's diet ideas to have a huge positive impact (medicines reduced and/or limited, tests vastly improved, etc.). FWIW.
