I was on Rebif for 1yr.. I must tell you I have been on many of the drugs for MS. Luckly I have tolerated them all nicely.
I remember trying a new med. and being excited to have one I was not injecting everyday. Not injecting everyday was a goal taking the Rebif. Normal sideffects with each. Rebif I did experience flushing and a faster heart beat.Nothing more that I remember.

Oh ya I get what your putting down. I've been on rebif for 3 months now. Before coleys shots for cancer . From my understanding is it fires up our immunity looking for invaders. Healing the body at the same time . Flu like symptoms. Ive found Myers infusion works wounderful. It's vitamins. Also as soon as I get my injection I go for a walk maybe picking up trash . Along the way . Something active . It helps from feeling like shit . Juicing real food . Green drinks and yes cool coffee enemas! That's right look into it . Go from im wanting to die feeling to wow let's go feel great . Drink clean water filter even your tap. And limit coffee drinking . You'll notice this little tweeking of habits .my moto. "TO FEEL BETTER .. WE NEED TO EAT WHAT WE DONT LIKE (VEGETABLES ) DRINK WHAT WE DONT LIKE "JUICING CLEAN WATER NO COFFEE " AND DO THE UNTHINKABLE .. ENEMAS! Yes, I am on Rebiff. I found that with Rebiff, you have to be super hydrated to minimize the side effects. I try to drink over 60-85 oz. of water a day and that seems to help. I mostly get headaches and chills....no fatigue. Hope this helps a little. 😊💖

I don’t know anything about been on Gilenya for several years now. But I do think you need to call your neurologist and let them know. It doesn’t sound right to me.
