Anyone on ocrevus and got the vaccine? And if so how long before your next infusion did you get the first dose? Also where you tested for antibodies after 2nd dose?

I had an ocrevus infusion in November, got the first Moderna shot in April, got the second shot in early May and got my infusion in late May. Maybe that was cutting it close but I was already having a flare up so I figured screw it. Vaccines are supposed to be done about half way between infusions my neurologist said, but it was hard to get an appt.

Yes, I just had my fifth Ocrevus infusion and got my vaccine last month (both shots; three weeks apart). I wasn’t tested after the second shot, but all seems good so far.

I am on ocrevus and got the vaccine. I got my first vaccine dose about a month before my ocrevus was due, then got my second dose and delayed my ocrevus by two weeks so that my body could have the best antibody response possible to the second shot. Hope that helps!

I just had my second Ocrevus infusion on Friday. The Pfizer Covid vaccines in March. Everything seems fine with Ocrevus infusions so far. Check up with Neuro on Wednesday and am going to ask if blood should be tested for antibodies.
