Nature’s Bounty is the brand I use. I take B12, D3, Magnesium, Fish Oil, C, Potassium. Look them up for the dosage since it depends on your size. I hope that helps😊

I take 10,000 iu of Vit D myself. I live in MN, so no real winter sunshine which can be a long period. I have struggled to get my level up and get it checked routinely. The Nature Made D3 gummies are great tasting and I also get part of what I need to take daily in a get tablet.
I also take B12, C, E, Calcium, and B2 at 400mg for my ocular migranes.

It was recommende to stay away from the Vit D be cause I wasn't monitored n it was way too high. But they said to do take B complex, B 12, Zinc, Vit C n Potassium and Magnesium. Please make sure you really need a high dose of Vit D because you can potentially develope VitD toxicity which can break down your bones n limit your calcium levels...which means major bone damage. So have your Dr check your D level before you take high doses...have them checked periodically...its Important to your health.
