I was on Tecfidera prior to the Ocrevus I'm taking now. I really didn't get a good feel for this medication (could not see any improvement).

I’ve been on Tecfidera and now the generic dimethyl fumerate for 3 1/2 years, the first month I had mild stomach issues so I Always take with food. I don’t feel any different taking it, it’s job is to prevent further damage which it is doing for me, no new lesions or signal irregularities on my MRIs since I started taking it,

I was on Techfidera for 2 ears and never had any problems..

I have gone to several Tecfidera meetings but remain on Avonex. A friend who switched to Tecfidera says she had some stomach upset but tolerated it. She switched because of increasing debilitation.
